Ben has spent his career in the room where B2B deals are won, closing over $14M in sales, then teaching founders to do the same at accelerators like EIT, LSE, SBC, and more. He's coached 300+ startups through the messy middle of the sales journey.
49 years of loving Japan, fluent in Japanese, and now re-planted in Berlin, Ben brings a rare mix to the table: fully committed, refreshingly honest, sharp on the angles others miss, and always backing the underdog.
Bryan Yen
CTO
Bryan is the builder behind Catalyne. A full-stack engineer, product thinker and designer from the San Francisco Bay Area, he once bootstrapped an entire made-to-measure clothing startup end to end: code, design and all.
With a computer science background and years turning messy problems into clean tools, he makes sure everything Catalyne promises on the sales side actually works under the hood. Quietly relentless and endlessly curious.
Brennan Wilkerson
COO / CCO
Brennan is Catalyne's connector-in-chief. He's worked across six countries, speaks five languages, and has a gift for making chaotic teams click and linking the right people to the right opportunities. After a decade across startups, non profits, venture capital and consulting, he's specialized in applied AI and AI strategy since 2023.
He loves helping founders and entrepreneurial teams clarify strategy, sharpen operations, and connect the dots to gain durable traction and scale sustainably. Off the clock, you'll find him on podcasts, vibe coding new tools, mentoring entrepreneurs, working the venture ecosystem, and always learning something new.
