Data we collect on this page
When you submit the waitlist form we collect: your email, name, and company (required); company URL, LinkedIn URL, role, and your free-response answer (optional); the language version of the page; the date and time you gave consent; a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address (we never store the raw IP); and your browser's user-agent string.
Purpose
We use this information to notify you about Catalyne's launch and to assess whether the product is a good fit for your situation. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing ben@thecatalyne.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Retention
We keep waitlist entries until launch and for up to 12 months after, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email ben@thecatalyne.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Processors
Our website and waitlist database are hosted on Cloudflare (EU jurisdiction, weur location). Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Addendum.
